Bye bye 12kg (10 weeks)

Hello waist and those legs!!!

Rachel had never lifted weights before and is now training 3-4 times a week 1:1 in the studio. No more soft drinks and more protein, fruit and vegetables and water. Not tracking food, but making better choices.
