Anyone who's been around Village for a while will surely remember Rani Shah who literally added the "Strong" into Slow Flow. Let's just say Rani liked it a little spicy 😆. This one's been off the schedule for a while now but these cold winter mornings made us think it's the perfect time to bring this one back!
Ali draws on her training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Classical Ta**ra, breathwork, meditation and sound healing to create classes that weave together mindful movement, conscious breath and moments of stillness. Her teaching is warm, grounded and inclusive, encouraging students to move with awareness, cultivate presence and experience yoga as a practice of connection rather than perfection.
Ali's intention is simple: for every student to leave feeling more present, balanced and connected to themselves. 🤍
