Outdoor training - but make it premium 👌🏽

We’re not just a guy in a park with boxing gloves & a mat, nor are we another cloned black on black group exercise studio. We run private outdoor sessions for individuals & groups who want to maximise the benefits of working with a PT, but do it in the fresh air rather than a stuffy gym.

WRK-OUT has many of the bells & whistles of a boutique studio, we just do it outside ✌🏽 We will walk you through every step of every program, push when you need a push & back off when it’s time to rest - we give you space to train & move in your own time, but keep you accountable week after week.

Consistency & simplicity are king, we give you the tools & guidance to make it happen. WO

The annual 10km handicap is on again this weekend & we’re once again stoked to be a prize supplier.

If you’re racing, participating or watching, it’s a great local event run by absolute legends.

We’re chipping in a Run specific S&C program that you can do at home or at the gym + a PT session, so we can design something that fits your calendar, injuries, likes & dislikes, then run you through it in person so you don’t bu**er it up on your own 😆👍🏽

If you’re driving through Coolum along David Low way early on Sunday morning, be sure to give everyone a toot 💪🏽

New equipment alert!

3 commercial sleds, 600kg of bumper plates, sled ropes, wall balls from 4kg to 9kg, 3 wall ball targets, new battle ropes, new plyo boxes, 3 extra heavy & adjustable sandbags & more 💪🏽 thanks to the legends at

Nothing like a pivot 😆 soon we will be the largest outdoor Hybrid training offering in the country, perfect for athletes who want to focus on strength training for Hybrid events like or , as well as runners or triathletes looking up their strength game & become more resilient for the run or Tri season (it’s perfect for less crazy people too, we have a balanced strength & conditioning program for all abilities).

PT crew will be first to test out the new equipment, with group training coming soon. Daily sessions Monday to Saturday - outdoors setup with 1000m2 of space to move in + 500m running track = fresh air perfection 🙌🏽

Stay tuned for more updates, groups are a while off, but most equipment will arrive in the next 10 days
