Grace n Groove still kicking it Fridays!
The girls had fun with using the chairs today.
Finding ways move our bodies using props.
Please share if you know anyone looking for dance classes that provide a space for kids to move and explore movement. No exams, no uniforms just music and our love to dance.

If you know anyone looking for Dance/movement classes for kids ages around 6-12 please pass on Grace n Grooves details.

We have so much fun exploring different styles, themes, strengthening and stretching our bodies.

With a focus on letting the kids freestyle and or helping to choreograph dances.
They are encouraged to listen to the music and feel their flow.

Last week the crew were keen to try out some costumes mainly the cats tails - taking on some awesome feline movement.

Well the Dancers and I had a blast🚀Friday
We used the bar for some hip warm ups
Worked on our spotting for turns and all had turns leading in some dynamic stretches.

Actually it was so much fun we’re gonna do it all again xx

Hello Lovely ones
So have obviously had a few years away from my wee Dance class here on the sunny coast.
Doing family Life and a Body work course has kept me busy.
But have really felt the call to get Grace n Groove going again.

So please watch this space as I confirm location, day and time to start moving our bodies again.

At this stage it’s looking like Fridays at 3:30 - 4:30p
$15 a class
Family discount for more than kid
