This space is yours. Every class is intentional and led by teachers who know what they're doing. Let yourself be guided and fall into your own place on the mat. Some days you'll want quiet, head down, no small talk. Other days you'll stay back for a chat. Some classes you'll push. Others, you'll soften and let your body do the healing. There's no right way to be here, only what you need today.

Yin isn't about working hard or getting bendy, it's about holding gentle floor poses for a few minutes at a time and letting your body do the rest. The long holds reach past the muscles into your fascia and joints, easing the tension that quietly builds up in your hips, lower back and pelvis through the week.

We run Yin in the evenings, and there's nothing quite like it after a long day. Come unwind with us and leave looser, calmer, and ready to actually sleep tonight.

Standing Deep Breathing (Pranayama) is the very first posture of every hot yoga class at the studio. Slow, intentional, full. It steadies your nervous system, sharpens your focus, opens the lungs, and warms the body from the inside before a single muscle moves.

By the time the first pose comes, you're already somewhere different.

Then the teacher starts talking, and somewhere around the second or third cue, it all just goes quiet. No more dinner plans, thinking about that conversation at work or with your partner, no more messages to respond to.

YouΒ΄re simply focusing on the one voice of the teacher, the breath, the pose and what your body is doing. If thatΒ΄s a reason why you keep coming back, you are not alone. We all need that moment, if it's once a day or once a week.
