Mantle Surf Design Building surfboards since 1962 in the expanding Australian industry.

Surfing Australia's East Coast, Hawaii and California, John was there yesterday and is still there today. Mainly focusing on traditional and contemporary single fin surfboards in the 6'4" to 7'10" range, he also builds finless classic wooden surfboards in recovered and recycled timbers. In Bob McTavish's words 'He is a well respected woodworker and carpenter, still shapes sweet custom boards.'
