The Feel Good Movement
Maybe you're not looking for another workout. Maybe you're looking for your people. 🤍
I've been noticing so many posts lately from people saying the same thing…
“I'd love to make some new friends.”
“I feel like I've lost my social circle.”
“How do you even meet people as an adult?”
And it really got me thinking about what I want The Feel Good Movement to be.
Yes, we're going to move.
Yes, there'll be Pilates, sunrise sessions, sunset sessions and probably some slightly shaky legs. 😂
But I want this to be about so much more than exercise.
I want to create somewhere you can turn up on your own and not feel awkward about it.
Somewhere a 20-year-old can move alongside a 40-year-old, a 60-year-old, a mum, someone new to the area, someone starting over, someone whose friends have all disappeared into different stages of life…
…and nobody needs to already know anybody.
Come alone. That's kind of the point. 🤍
We're opening our Community Pop-Up sessions to everyone 16–60+, all abilities, all fitness levels, all backgrounds.
You don't need to be “good at Pilates”.
You don't need the right activewear.
You don't need to bring a friend.
Just bring you.
We'll move together, then stick around.
☕ Grab a coffee.
🌿 Have something to eat.
💬 Talk to someone you haven't met before.
🌊 Sit by the ocean.
🤍 Maybe make a new friend
Because sometimes what we're missing isn't another fitness class.
It's somewhere to belong.
So if you've been feeling like you're missing something — or someone — I would absolutely love you to come.
And if you're nervous about turning up alone, message me beforehand. I'll be the first person you know when you get there.
This is what I want The Feel Good Movement to be.
COMMUNITY • MOVEMENT • CONNECTION
No cliques. No judgement. No pressure.
Just good humans moving together and hopefully leaving feeling a little better than when they arrived.
🌅 Community Pop-Up Pilates coming soon.
💛 Pay What You Feel.
If this sounds like something you've been looking for, leave me a 🤍 below or tag someone who might need to see this.
MOVE. CONNECT. FEEL GOOD.
