My kind of yoga isn't about being bendy or about having a gym experience, it's about doing something for yourself that feels good, comfortable and right. We usually have a long relaxation session at the end part of the class, that allows the body and mind to reach a state of bliss after the moving, stretching and strengthening of the physical body. Bring your own yoga mat, a towel to fold and use

as a cushion and a water bottle. If you have a beautiful new mat, you might like to place and old towel or picnic mat underneath it when the grass is damp. Yoga is best on an empty stomach, so maybe eat an hour and a half before your class,or have breakfast after class. Wear something that allows you to move easily without restriction, especially around your belly. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you are coming for the first time, please come 10 minutes before the class so that we can chat with you about any illnesses, injury or sore bits that we may need to take special care with. However if you are struggling financially, contribute what you can.
