We are pleased to share that the Cooladdi Gymkhana was the recipient of the Community Event of the Year Award for Murweh Shire at the recent Australia Day Awards.

We were both surprised and humbled, firstly to be nominated (thank you) and secondly to actually receive the award.
It is a true reflection of the wonderful Cooladdi Community and their indomitable spirit, as well as the foundation laid by may many people from previous committees who worked so hard and with such integrity to make the Cooladdi Gymkhana an institution.
Congratulations to each and every one of our members and volunteers who slaved away both prior to and on the day. Thank you to the wider community for showing up on the day to have fun and support our event. We are so incredibly grateful.
Thank you to Margaret (and Paul!) Vetter who attended the ceremony to accept the award on behalf of the club.
