📱 We also provide online fitness programmes, as well as short term fitness challenges that include fitness and nutrition plans to motivate yourself and get you back into a fitness routine. Before your first fitness session, we will organise a face to face or over the phone consultation with you so we can fully understand your needs and goals. We will also plan workouts for you to do at home in between your PT sessions.
🍉 We offer nutritional and lifestyle advice and offer 24/7 support. I’m not just your Personal Trainer during your session, I'm here to support you and assist you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals – you can contact me any time.
👩👧👦 Our Small Group training sessions are 45 minutes of fun packed exercises. You will feel invigorated, more energised and stronger after your workout. All fitness levels are catered for and you are encouraged to work at your own pace. This is a supportive and encouraging group so it’s perfect for beginners or can be adapted to more advanced training. We will encourage and coach but you can choose the pace. Personal training sessions are suitable from 6-8 weeks postnatal. Group classes are suitable from 4 months Postnatal.
