A key focus throughout the session was turning the hips down court at the completion of every movement, encouraging players commit to the drive & ball placement!

Strong ball control is the foundation of great netball. Incorporating fun and engaging ball-handling drills after your warm-up helps develop coordination, confidence & essential skills for developing junior players ✨
