A belated thank you to the wonderful Ludmila who turns up twice each week to Pilates; rain, hail, wind or sunshine ☀️ She has done well over 100 classes; more like 200! We’ve missed her for a few weeks as she is recovering from a minor procedure but look forward to seeing her back in 2 weeks. Grateful for your presence and loyalty 🫶🏻

Yes I know, it’s been a while since I posted one of these! Core strength; opposite arm and leg 3 ways. Make sure you have your ideal alignment, knees under hips, wrists under shoulders, pelvis and spine in neutral. Try 8-10 reps of each before swapping sides. Stay lifted and strong through shoulder girdle 💪🏼
