The Pilates Gym is OPEN! More equipment to come but deeply thankful to our Members for being so patient until we found the right permanent home for our Strength, Reformer Fusion, TRX and Pilates Circuit classes. Powerhouse is already on the timetable, with the further class styles to come in the next couple of weeks. 💪💜

Thank you to for the SPX reformers with CardioTramp attachment. They are an exceptional addition to the training of our Members who are working on preventing osteopenia and osteoporosis.
These 2 pieces of kit means that our Members can improve cardiovascular health, bone density and stimulate lymphatic drainage whilst remaining joint and pelvic-floor friendly. The tramp takes 80% of the landing shock, shielding ankles, knees, hips and spine from high impact stress.

Whilst the Healer Team are putting you through your paces in Coogee, I had the joy of doing class again with , with approximately 14 years in between. Yet it was as if no time had passed. Everything I hoped for….beautiful programming, cues, quivering, a touch of sass to keep us smiling, and what did we finish with?…..you guessed it….a plank sequence. Happy International Pilates Day from me in NYC!
Today I decided to take a nostalgic trip down memory lane, to which was the first NYC studio I worked with in my role as International Director of Training at Xtend Barre. It remains a wonderful studio and I look forward to popping into class next week!
Getting lots of Pilates and movement inspo whilst I’m here and there will be an exciting announcement about the next stage of growth for Head over Heals Pilates upon my return!
