Interval session along the coast 👀

8 x 2 minute intervals
with a work rate of 7-8 RPE
1 minute rest between each interval
The 4th and 8th interval had a 2 minute rest

One more session added to the piggy bank in preparation for the 10km goal!

📚 RPE means the Rate of Perceived Exertion. It's a number from 1-10 that's used to rate the effort of the workout

It's been a recovery kind of week this week ✌️

I've just been having a chill week this week. Uni turned up the heat a little bit so it's been less intense exercise and more just getting out and about.

Exercise isn't only for your physical health, it has super positive mental effects as well 👌

This was the first 5 km run that I've completed in over 12 months!

It wasn’t the fastest 5 kms I’ve ever done but I’m absolutely thrilled with it 👊

I’ve been using the app with its audio guided runs. It’s so unbelievably helpful, it helps you keep track of time without clock watching, it helps you keep a pace that won’t gas you out, and it helps you keep going when you want to stop. I’d recommend this feature to anyone that wants to start running 👌

Time to rest up over the weekend so I can get back onto the road to 10 kms, I hope all you legends have a brilliant weekend and a fantastic Valantines day 💕

The audio guidance helps out heaps with keeping pace so you don't gas yourself out too early.

I'm super lucky to have such a stunning place to run 👌

Don't forget about yourself!

It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of every day life, but don't forget that you're human.

Take a break each week, take some time for yourself and do the things that make you happy ✌

Personally I love getting out by the water, it's super relaxing and gives me the chance the to take a break from the world.

G’day guys,
I appreciate all the support from you guys, we hit 100+ likes recently not long after the 100 followers milestone, which means it’s finally time to begin some personal training!

My goal is to create a program with you that can fit in with your lifestyle, doing the activities that you love to do. I want to take a more holistic approach over a longer period of time, changing small things instead of overloading you with everything at once. Flick me a message if you want to find out more.

G’day everyone,
Not long now until we can get this show on the road, so I am now going to take expressions of interest for Personal Training!

I truly appreciate it!
Whilst I may not be offering Personal Training sessions right now (waiting on setting up some background stuff) I can still hit you with tips and tricks, so feel free to swing a message past and hopefully I can help you out.
