Interval session along the coast 👀
8 x 2 minute intervals
with a work rate of 7-8 RPE
1 minute rest between each interval
The 4th and 8th interval had a 2 minute rest
One more session added to the piggy bank in preparation for the 10km goal!
📚 RPE means the Rate of Perceived Exertion. It's a number from 1-10 that's used to rate the effort of the workout
