Working Bee Success! 🐝
A huge thank you to all of our junior and senior members who gave up their time over the weekend to help at our club Working Bee.
There was plenty of hard work happening throughout the morning, from giving our boats some much-needed TLC and maintenance, to tackling a range of jobs around the club grounds. These days are vital in helping keep our equipment, facilities, and club looking its best for everyone to enjoy.
A special thank you to Mark, Jacky, Wayne, John and Harry, who generously shared their knowledge, guided our members through maintenance tasks, and were on hand throughout the day to teach, support and lend a helping hand. Their experience and dedication are invaluable to our club.
It was fantastic to see members of all ages working together, learning new skills, taking pride in our equipment, and contributing to the future of St George Rowing Club.
Thank you to everyone who attended and got their hands dirty—we couldn't do it without you! ❤️🤍

I'm always blown away by what these kids can achieve in just 6 weeks! From not even knowing what a rowing boat is, to racing against each other on the water. What a way to finish our Schools Program for the year.
It's been incredible watching how much our rowers have grown, both on and off the water. The commitment, effort and teamwork they've shown is something to be really proud of.
A great group and a great 6 weeks - can't wait to do it all again! Sydney Catholic Schools
