Join Sammy this Saturday at 11am for a fun, laidback and curiosity-fuelled 90-minute introduction to the history, philosophy and spiritual traditions of yoga! Oh yeah! 🔥🔥🔥
We’ll explore some of the big ideas that have shaped yoga, get stuck into the Yoga Sutras and the religious landscape from which they emerge, and ask some bigger questions about how this all connects to modern postural yoga!

Sammy has a background in the academic study of theology and religious traditions,
having undertaken three years of theological training at Trinity College theological school. He holds a diploma of theology and brings this grounding in religious thought and philosophy to his ongoing study of yogas history, texts and spiritual traditions.
