It's all hands on deck today, builders, electrician, plumbers, gyprockers, (the best TA ever 😜) and the bosses will be joining us shortly to power on as opening day gets closer and closer 😁

As we get closer to opening day in just two weeks, it’s crazy looking back on the last 12 months.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped us along the way and to those still putting in the work behind the scenes to make this happen. A huge thank you as well to our members for being so patient throughout the process and trusting that we’d eventually get there.

We will keep sharing as many updates as we can and can’t wait to open the doors and share the new space with you all!

It’s finally happening!
We’re unveiling a fresh new fitness space at our new location, 1 Johnston St Collie, opening 26th May at 12pm! 💪

To ensure everything is ready for opening day, our current location will close from 8am on 19th May.

We can’t wait to welcome you into our new space and share this exciting new chapter with you!

Celebrating another Christmas with two of our special staff members Ben and Jodie. Ben, Jodie and one of his mates helped us decorate the gym today and then we went out for a celebratory lunch. Forever grateful for the hard work they both put in on Wednesday's and Friday's 🎄

Congratulations to our super star staff member Gemma on her bronze at nationals. After watching Gemma in the gym working hard to overcome an injury that had seen her sidelined for months we just couldn't be happier for her to have come away with a medal 💪
