The journey of self-discovery can sometimes be a messy one with many wrong turns, I know this all too well as a 3rd line in Human Design - I dive into things, become fullly immersed and then later realise the errors of my ways ;-)

One of the biggest life searches I have had is to reconnect with my authentic self. To release the version of me that was created in order for a younger version of me to receive love and recognition. This journey has led me to discover Cosmic Human Design, a beautiful mirror of our authentic Soulful selves, and compassionate inquiry by Gabor Mate to release behaviours and strategies we (subconsciously) put in place which keep us from our autentic selves.

In 2023 I am combining both. This is not a guised sales post (thankfully I no longer need those!), it is in fact both a celebration and a reminder for what can happen we step away from shoulds and embracing the beautiful sweetness that lies in between the word human and being. I am very excited about offering something that will help facilitate that, however I also know it's not the only way to achieve it.

Cosmic Human Design is a possibility, Compassionate Inquiry is a journey of new possibilities.

I just know that I since I embraced both, everything started to fall into place - a feeling of being of service, profound recognition (internal and external), a thriving business and a much better human experience.

I have been super quiet, even to the point of being mute about Human Design (and my business in general) since I started studying Compassionate Inquiry (Therapeutic Trauma Approach with Gabor Mate).

Once you see trauma, you can't unsee it. I saw and took responsibility for participating in what I felt is often a trauma-provoking personal and spiritual development industry. One which promotes enlightenment, a high vibe, and money worship disguised as abundance and growth over everything else. There is nothing wrong with these goals for us to reach our full potentiality.

Yet immersed in the culture and deep self-beliefs of many is the desire to escape what they truly feel about themselves. They believe they are not worth it, that it's OK to ignore sad/mad feelings and that they truly don't love themselves unconditionally.

After nearly 5 years of sharing Human Design insights and 2 years of shifting to Cosmic Human Design, I am aligning it to become trauma-informed.

What does this look like?

-Acknowledgement of how widespread and embedded emotional trauma is in our culture

-Recognising the signs and symptoms of trauma in client sessions and being with the client as they move through this safely (not brushed over or ignored)

-Offering clients the chance to accept or reject an aspect of their Human Design + Gene Keys (no one system is right, making a safe empowered choice is better for our health)

-Integrating knowledge of trauma triggers into pricing and social media posting (a fair pricing model)

-Actively avoiding re-traumatisation (saying no to the Spiritual and Self-Help bypassing) and using my training in compassionate inquiry to empower clients (who want) to feel whole again.

You will slowly start to see these changes in my new website (currently in draft) and my socials. I am being true to my 3rd line (messy, trial + error approach) doing it this way.

Are you feeling the urge to revisit your sales strategy? Or how you describe yourself? If you are, you are right on track with this full moon.

The full moon in true sidereal astrology is in Saggitarius on July 14th. To confirm this please check out any astronomy app and witness the placement for yourself.

In Human Design we go deeper than the Zodiac sign, as each sign has approximately 5 Human Design Gates or Gene Keys. This full moon is transiting #26 and leads us into the heart centre.

The theme of which is how you negotiate, what you offer, what you'll settle for, what resources are important for you. We are moving from an individualistic, I need to win ego era, into we a collective, we can all win, through collaboration era.

Some examples of what you may feel the call to do include:
-Review your prices (I am)
-Review your sales processes
-Declutter your offers
-Update your LinkedIn Profile / Resume
-Collaborate with others

It's been a while since I've shared who I am and why I love reminding you of how innately fab you are.

How did I end up here?
All of my career pathways and jobs have been about empowering and connecting people.

Yet I felt lost on the inside, wearing a mask on the outside.

Why was it that even though I did all the things I thought I should be doing I didn't have a sense of fulilment?

I am a seeker, the funny thing is I didn't realise I was in fact seeking myself.

Why Human Design?
I tried my best to reject Human Design. It was 5 years ago that I bought my first report. It said I was a Projector and I need to WAIT. I thought that was a pile of pants and waste of my time so I ignored it. Cue ANOTHER burn out. My intuition kept calling me back to Human Design. It started with personal alignment with being a projector and learning to enjoy it about 4 years ago. Then I dove deeper into my Gene Keys (which I love) but I couldn't see myself in as I journeyed deeper into my genius pathway.

So why the pivot to Cosmic Human Design?
Quite frankly it was like reading my diary on a page. All the aspects of my inner dialogue explained and validated in my blueprint. Cosmic Human Design uses true sidereal astrology (where the Cosmos was physically placed at our time of birth). It brings us back into alignment with our authentic self, as above, so below.

When I'm not posting, what am I doing?
I love being self-employed (great for a Projector). I have two aspects to my business, I help charities and social enterprises to scale their impact (this lies in my 53,54 and 58 combo). Then my Human Design Mentoring is also about empowering individuals driven to make a social impact and leave the world in a better place.

I have two daughters, two cats, one husband and one cocker spaniel and we all live in Sydney's Northern Beaches (Australia).

Ever wonder why the decisions you make don't bring you a sense of satisfaction or fulfilment? It can be because that whilst they are right for some people they are not right for everyone.

When you know yourself intimately, you can choose how you invest your time and energy (your most valuable assets) wisely. You can free your mind and heart up for what truly matters and the impact you are here to make.

For me Cosmic Human Design is most of the most profoundly accurate maps we can have for knowing ourselves. You get reflected back to you all of the sub-personalities and interests you have and are given persmission to be you. The gift of this keeps on giving. Your motivation, your courage, your empowerment and confidence are activated.

Cosmic Human Design isn't about needing to adapt to be a certain way, instead it's a mirror for who you, it speaks to your inner voice, and gives you permmission to be liberated.

I adore reminding people how innately fab they ALREADY are.
