Having a regular and consistent Pilates practice allows me to do the things I love! For me that is dancing!
This also includes: running, surfing, swimming, weight-lifting & free weights, cycling, walking and way more!
Having this regular practice keeps my deeper muscles active, preventing injury, reducing and eliminating pain (lower back and neck in particular for me), it gives me the confidence in my body to perform other exercise I enjoy and simple daily tasks + keep my mind calmer and clearer- enabling me to enjoy the things I do everyday! 🌟🥰
It truely is an investment for longterm health and happiness🌸

Pilates helps me stay in the moment. When I want to slow down my mind, it helps me reconnect to my body and the now as I have to be aware of my body in order to achieve these movements which require focus, control and patience. Its my movement meditation and makes me feel better every time!
