Collaroy Plateau Physie Club Physical Culture ("Physie") is a fun, affordable dance sport which improves fitness, flexibility, core strength, coordination & posture for all ages!

Physical Culture or "Physie" is a unique sport combining dance, floor and standing exercises. It's great for physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, posture and building confidence.Whether you are 5 or 50, a regular exerciser or a little 'out of practice', physi is the perfect sport for girls and ladies of any age and any fitness level.Collaroy Plateau Physical Culture Club is a not-for-profi
