Adult brain mid round off back tuck:

“Was that enough power?”
“Punch don’t p*e yourself”
“WAIT… when do I tuck?”
“Why are my arms doing that?”
“Where is the floor?!”
“What if I fall on my neck and end up paralysed😭
“I have work tomorrow.”
“Who convinced me this was a good idea?”
“Is my health insurance up to date?” 😂
“ABORT. ABORT.” 🚨
“I hope no one saw that!!’
“God I almost 😅 died”
“Yay I did it!”
“Can’t wait for the next session”

I thought I was learning gymnastics.🤸
I was actually learning to believe in myself again.

Age didn’t hold me back.
My mindset did.
The moment I changed that…
Everything else started to change too.

You don’t have to be young to start.
You just have to be brave enough to begin.

✨ Age is not the limit. Believing you can’t is.

Papua New Guinea left a mark on my heart that I wasn’t expecting.

In a world that moves fast, chases more, and constantly asks us to do better, PNG reminded me of something different.

It reminded me that joy doesn’t come from what we own.
That community is one of life’s greatest gifts.
That resilience can exist alongside hardship.
That kindness transcends language.
That the richest people aren’t always the ones with the most possessions.

These photos capture moments of connection, culture, faith, laughter, strength, and perspective. They tell stories of people who welcomed us with open arms and showed us the beauty of living with gratitude for what you have rather than focusing on what you don’t.

Travel doesn’t just show you new places—it can change the way you see your own life.

Thank you, Papua New Guinea, for the lessons I’ll carry with me long after the journey has ended. 🇵🇬❤️

Giant journey !

Emma 🤍

11 months ago Emma started training with me…
and honestly, she wasn’t a fan of the gym at all.

She already had a full life —
mum of two, running her own nail business,
dancing twice a week and competing.

The gym just wasn’t her thing.

But she still showed up.

Twice a week for boxing and strength sessions.
Some days tired.
Some days unsure.
Some days probably the last place she felt like being.

And nothing about it was instant.
It was just… consistent.

Week after week, she kept coming back.

Getting a little bit stronger.
A little bit more comfortable.
A little bit more confident.

Over 11 months:
Bust 85.5 → 81 (-4.5cm)
Waist 75.5 → 72 (-3.5cm)
Hips 92 → 81 (-11cm)
Thigh 59 → 58 (-1cm)
Arm 29 → 28 (-1cm)

No extremes.
No shortcuts.
Just steady, consistent work.

But more than the numbers…
she walks in differently now.

More sure of herself.
More capable.
Like someone who belongs here.

Still a busy mum.
Still dancing.
Still juggling everything.

Just now… she’s doing something for herself too.
