A professionally coached 7 session program focusing on sustainable high performance principles for girls and boys aged between 10 – 16 years.

And that's a wrap for the Griffith High Performance Cricket Academy!
Session 4 finished off with specific intensive skill development activities, game sense scenarios, how to autonomously plan a training session, skill acquisition fundamentals and what the pathway looks like for each individual athlete.

Session 3 of Cairns Sport's High Performance Cricket Academy looked at the importance of Mindset.
If mindset allows us to execute our skillset under pressure then why don't we train this just as much as batting, bowling and fielding?
Great to have the Academy brainstorming how we can accept our negative thought patterns and fear of failure. Learn how to control our attention and focus on elements of strength in their games that will ultimately allow them to confidently perform under pressure.
