Coldstream Netball Club are holding a trivia night.
We are only a small club, so get around a great night and club.

Our aim is to raise money to put towards new equipment and freshening up the club rooms.

It's all for the girls and making sure they have all they need and the best experience at our club.

Take 10 minutes every day to just sit in silence and try to clear your mind.
This is by far one of the hardest things you will ever do as our minds race with a thousand thoughts a minute.

Try be present in the moment

Silent time can;
* Stimulate Brain Growth
* Enhance Memory
* Improve Sleep
* Relieve Stress

The irony of this.. I’m sitting here on the boardwalk at the beach trying to write this with a 9 & 12 year old in my ear, they won’t stop talking..
Seems like it would be the perfect place to spend my 10mins but alas it is not 🧘🏼‍♀️

Breathe fresh air
Gather your thoughts
Take in some Vitamin D ☀️

Some benefits are:
* Improve your mood
* Release anxiety’s
* Strengthen heart & improve circulation
* Help foster practices of mindfulness & gratitude
* Burn calories and strengthen muscles

There is something empowering about being up while most others are still sleeping.

Find your purpose to get up early then make it easier by;
* Planning your morning the night before
* Setting out your clothes
* Filling the kettle
* Leave glass water by your bed
* Go to bed a little earlier

It will be hard to start, but gets easier and will become your normal. The benefits will be worth it 🤩

* Plan your day
* Workout
* Have quiet time to yourself
* Don’t rush your morning routine
* Be productive
* Sleep better at night
