Some absolute thumping browns getting caught out of lake purrumbete at the moment. Looks like a good time of the year to hit the crator lakes in south western victoria and chase some big buck browns.

I've been lucky enough to check these bad boys out 1st hand.. haven't tested them out but picked them up out of the box and had a little go and they are amazing, such quality that won't break the budget.

Some nice Rainbows over the last couple of days on the 3cm brown trout bullet lure.

1st day only went down to the lake for a quick little flick and after the 30th+ cast finally got one on these lures that everyone seems to be catching fish on!!.

Second day started out bait fishing in the morning with powerbait for stocked trout in a local family lake for no success.
I noticed a lot of fish jumping and rising so thought I'd pop on the bullet lure. After the second cast bang i was on!!

Really starting to love these lures!!

My good mate Hayden West with some quality pelagics off the cost of Fraser Island 10 kg longtail tuna and a meter + spanish mackerel on surf gear!!!!. I could only imagine trying to land a 10kg tuna on a metal lure with an Alvy reel.
What a bloody legend 👍
