📍Avalon Raceway Recap
Last Saturday we hit the track for the first time of the 2026/27 racing season, while also making our debut in Wingless Sprints! It was a night full of learning, but it was safe to say that it was an enjoyable night at the track. 🙌

Starting the heats off the rear as a rookie, I was able to do my own thing and get a feel for the new car.
Slowing working through setup adjustments and teething issues throughout the night, it set me off the back of the bus in the B-main in position 19. After a couple laps I found my line to stick too and slowly started to pick off cars one by one throughout the 20 laps, managing to finish the final in 8th!! Achieving my goal of not spinning out, and also managing to pass cars smoothly in my first night out. 🤯

A massive shoutout and thankyou to everyone that leant a hand and some knowledge throughout the night, Mum & Dad, Ella, Murray, Daniel, and anyone else! Can’t wait for the next one 🤙

Yes that’s right! It’s come that quick…
We are heading down the highway to Avalon Raceway for our first race of the 26/27 season, and also the first race for the VX9 Wingless Sprint!🙌

I cant thank everyone enough that has helped out over the last couple months, weeks, and days, leading up to this moment. And also a shoutout to Mum, Dad, and Ella for coming down and lending a hand as our pit crew for the night!🙏
Should be a great night of racing between the Street Stocks, Speedcars and Wingless! With gates open at 4pm, pit walk from 4-5pm and racing from 6.
