WE’RE HIRING – CLUB MANAGER
Coffin Bay Sporting Association Inc.
The Coffin Bay Sporting Association is seeking a practical, organised and community-minded Club Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of our clubhouse, facilities and Club operations.
This is a broad, hands-on role covering areas including:
- Coordination and oversight of Club operations, including staffing and licensed areas
- Weddings, functions & venue bookings
- Promotion, social media and signage
- Member benefits, Club events and new initiatives
- Supplier and stock coordination
- Liquor licensing and general compliance
- Regular communication and reporting to the Committee
- Clubhouse maintenance, contractors and essential services
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems and keep things moving, while working closely with staff, contractors, volunteers and the Committee.
Required qualifications:
● Current RSA
● Current RP
● Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
● Current car license
Experience in hospitality, events, facilities, venue or club management would be highly regarded.
Employment basis: Minimum part time - pending candidate
Remuneration: Negotiable depending on experience
Closing Date: 28th September 2026.
This is a varied role one day might involve organising a contractor, the next coordinating a wedding, reviewing supplies, managing an operational issue or planning the next Club event.
