Diploma qualified staff with decades of experience. We specialise in Pilates for fitness, post rehab, flexibility, back health and pre and post natal. We do Studio sessions, Matwork classes, Reformer Classes, Gravity Strength sessions and Vertex Whole Body Vibration training. We utilise the 'Gravity Training System' (Total Gym), TRX straps and Spin Bikes in a 4 week rolling program that combines t

he best of body weight exercise, from beginners to advanced, in small personalised sessions of up to 4 people only. Our instructors have a combined 40 plus years of experience in both Pilates and the general fitness industry. Our head trainer Mark has been working in the Fitness and Pilates world for 20 plus years. We have the experience, the tools and an encouraging environment to bring out your best! Pilates has six basic principles:

Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breathing, Movement integration or Flow. Pilates exercises work to correct imbalances and connect and engage all body parts evenly. Pilates studio equipment, such as the Reformer, are very good mirrors of your body's flow and your concentration as they tend to move around and suddenly become quite "machine-like" if you lose control and flow. The Pilates equipment can assist you into movements and positions that would be near impossible to achieve on the floor. They can also challenge you in ways that are almost impossible in any other exercise environment. The end result is a body that is leaner, stronger and better able to meet life's challenges. You'll find a Pilates workout will have a flow on effect into all activities in your daily life. We also utilise the Isagenix 30 day cleanse to achieve unbeatable health and fat loss results with our clients. COMMENCING 22.3.26:

Hi Gang. Hope you're safe at home enjoying the weather from indoors. Definitely a Netflix and chill kind of Sunday. 😊

🔹 We’ve closed online sales to the group class intro pass and unlimited/limited pass today. It'll only be available to new clients, by invitation, if space permits from now on. When everyone is in town the group class program, as a whole, is roughly 80% full on a weekly basis now
and that then leaves room for those people who still buy packs or casual sessions and only attend once or twice per week.

🔹Coming up in Gravity this week is everyone's fave! 🚴🚴‍♀️ week! 😉 Cardio is good for your ❤️! There's still room Monday and Wednesday mng. 😊

🔹Reformer classes this week have room Monday 6pm and Wednesday evening. Friday 6.15am also has room. Kia is away this week and I'll be covering her class. So lots of abs and back work Friday and also some stretchy stuff to round out the end of the class and have you walking out the door 10cm taller! 👌

🔹This coming Saturday mng Reformer with Brooke still has room as does Sunday Matwork.

🔹If you're into period dramas check out "House of Guinness" on Netflix. Kind of a more genteel version of Peaky Blinders. If you're a modern history nerd like me there's lots of references to the beginnings of modern day social movements. Not something I'd normally watch but it had me hooked from episode 2. Definitely NOT one for the kids sorry! 🤫 🤐
