Lest we Forget - Tomorrow we remember the many men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives, so that we who follow after them may enjoy freedom, peace and a secure way of life. We give our thanks to those who have served and all who continue to serve at home or abroad on behalf of our country. May their example of courage and honour inspire us to spend our lives so that others may flourish.

Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Easter. May you all stay safe, well and train hard until we all meet again.
