Muscular strength is determined by how much force you can exert ie. how much weight you can lift. Building muscular strength uses heavier weights for fewer repetitions.
Here my client Andy is working through Phase 2 of our Strength Building System. In this workout the focus is on building strength in the bottom range of this squat variation, which will enable him to handle heavier weight in the next Phase of our program.
