Muscular strength is determined by how much force you can exert ie. how much weight you can lift. Building muscular strength uses heavier weights for fewer repetitions.

Here my client Andy is working through Phase 2 of our Strength Building System. In this workout the focus is on building strength in the bottom range of this squat variation, which will enable him to handle heavier weight in the next Phase of our program.

ADVANCED Pull ups 🏋

Behind the neck pull ups are a good alternative when wanting to add some variety to your training or test your strength limits.

Disclaimer: this exercise is not for everyone, may result in injury if not performed correctly.

As it is an advanced level movement it will require good shoulder mobility, a strong back with emphasis on lats and rhomboids.

Work with me and I will show you how you can achieve this level of fitness.
