🏆 MENS OPEN GRADE - LEAGUE BNF RESULTS 🏆

What a night for the Cougars!

A massive congratulations to Brad and Cuz on receiving votes in the League BNF! 👏🏼🔥

⭐ Brad – 14 votes
⭐ Cuz – 11 votes

And what a season for Brad, also finishing 2nd in the Friday night Open Grade goal kicking with an incredible 73 goals in one season! 🔥

It’s amazing to see two of our boys recognised at league level and getting the recognition they deserve. We couldn’t be prouder!

A huge congratulations to everyone who received votes — an incredible achievement and a testament to all the hard work, dedication and effort throughout the season. 👏🏼

Finishing 2026 as MINOR PREMIERS on top of the ladder, our girls are ready to hit the ground running in 2027🔥

What a season it was.. 6 of our women were selected to represent the Division 3 Team of the Year, our very own head coach Jac Noble was named Division 3 Coach of the Year👏🏼🏆 AND our Captain took out BNF for the league!

Now, we’re looking to build on an incredible season! Clyde FNC is the place to be 😮‍💨

Whether you’ve played footy for years, only played a few games, or have never played before… WE WANT YOU! 🫵🏼

A big Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures who are part of our Cougar family!

To the dads who pull on the boots, stand on the sidelines, coach, volunteer, support the club or simply love being part of the green, gold and black today we celebrate you legends!

🔥 FULL TIME – OPEN GRADE- FINALS round 2 🔥

Clyde 10.7 (67) def by Lyndale 11.5 (71)

A heartbreaking finish for the boys today, going down by just 4 points – 67 to 71 💔

The boys were determined, passionate and absolutely wanted the win. They didn’t stop all game, fighting right until the final siren.

The contests were tough and their second and third efforts were incredible. They kept pushing, chasing, tackling and putting absolutely everything on the line, they left nothing out there 👏🏼🔥

Unfortunately, we just couldn’t quite get our noses in front when it mattered most.

But as a second year club, making finals is a HUGE achievement and something everyone at Clyde should be incredibly proud of!

Clyde FNC are incredibly proud to share that SIX of our girls have been selected to represent the 2026 SFNL Women’s Division 3 Team of the Year! 💚💛🖤

An amazing achievement for Jac after leading our girls to the top of the ladder and into finals in just their second season together. A very well-deserved recognition of the time, heart, effort and commitment he puts into this group.

🏆 2026 SFNL LEAGUE BEST & FAIREST – DIVISION 3

Clyde FNC would like to give a HUGE congratulations to our Captain, Kira ‘Wizz’ Wetzel, on taking out the 2026 SFNL Division 3 League Best & Fairest! 🏆

Wizz is the definition of grit, commitment and determination. An absolute weapon in the midfield, she is wherever the ball is. Her ruck hit-outs are elite, her work around the ground is relentless, and when there’s a hard ball to be won, you can guarantee Wizz will be right there fighting for it.

She plays every game with heart and leaves absolutely everything out on the field. Tough, fearless and fiercely competitive, Wizz never gives up on a contest and will put her body on the line time and time again for her teammates.

But what makes this award even more special is the leader she is. As our Captain, Wizz leads from the front, through her actions, her work rate and the passion she has for her team and the game. She sets the standard and leads our girls into every game with heart!
