The Clyde Cougars are now inviting expressions of interest for coaching positions for next season.

💚💛 GRAND FINAL DAY IS HERE! 💛💚

Three teams. One club. One massive day.

This Sunday, the Cougars head to Springleaf Recreation Reserve for three back-to-back Grand Finals on Oval 1 — and we want the Cougar Army there in force!

🏆 9:00am – U11 Mixed Green
vs Pakenham JFC U11 Boys Maroon

🏆 10:30am – U13 Mixed
vs Devon Meadows JFC U13 Boys Red

🏆 12:00pm – U16 Girls
vs Lyndhurst FNC U16 Girls

What an achievement for all three teams to earn their place on the biggest stage of the season.

Now it’s time for the entire club to get behind them.

Wear your green and yellow, bring the family, bring the Cougar Army and BRING THE NOISE!

What a night for the Cougars.

A massive congratulations to four outstanding young players who were recognised at the South East Juniors League Awards.

These are incredible individual achievements and a huge reward for the hard work, commitment and talent these players have shown throughout the season.

To win or place in a league award takes more than just ability. It takes effort, consistency, courage, teamwork and a willingness to keep improving every week. These four players have represented themselves, their families, their teammates and the Clyde Cougars with absolute pride.

Their coaches are proud. Their parents are proud. Their teammates are proud. The whole club is proud.

Moments like this show the bright future we have at Clyde. We are still a young club, but our players continue to show that Cougars footy is building something special.

Congratulations Mitch, Jaxon, Mason and Brooklyn. You have all had amazing seasons and should be incredibly proud of what you have achieved.

💚💛 PRELIMINARY FINALS WRAP 💛💚

What a massive day for the Cougars.

Four teams took the field in preliminary finals, and three of them have booked their spot in the Grand Final next week.

Our Under 11 Green got the job done with a strong 47–22 win and are now through to the big dance.

Our Under 13s were outstanding, winning 65–10 and earning their place in the Grand Final with a brilliant team performance.

Our Clyde/Devon Meadows Under 16 Girls also punched their ticket to the Grand Final with a fantastic 32–11 win. What an effort from the girls.

Our Under 11 Yellow unfortunately had their season come to an end today, but what a season it has been. This group should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved. They became the first Cougars team to not only make but also win a Division 1 final, which is a huge moment in our club’s history. We have no doubt they will come back even bigger and better next season.

To have three teams through to Grand Finals is an amazing achievement for our young club, and a credit to the players, coaches, team managers, trainers, families and everyone who has supported them throughout the season.

Now we need the Cougar Army out in force next week, starting at 9am then 10:30am and then 12pm - all 3 cougar teams will be playing back to back to back at Springleaf Reserve, Clyde North next Sunday!

Wear your green and yellow, make plenty of noise, and let’s get behind our teams as they chase Grand Final glory.
