Mid 2021 I committed more seriously to regaining the strength I lost in pregnancy and shedding my excess body fat.
I stepped up my training to 3x 30min workouts a week. ( train hard and smart not long)
Prioritised meal prep and ensuring my home environment had plenty of food that would support my goals and went to bed early to maximise rest as I’m waking often to feed my little guy through the night.
Early postpartum I felt very weak and scared to do any kind of rough and tumble play with my daughter. Thankfully through taking it slow I can now easily pick up my daughter, even do squats with her 24kg on my back.
I share this because I know what it’s like not feel physically unable to keep up with the demands of motherhood, I understand the sleep deprivation and how busy mum life is. I’m here when you feel ready to work at building your strength, energy and vitality. I love having parents and their littles in my studio.
