Group Training Sessions

We have made some changes. Our Bootcamp/Boxing sessions have been reduced to Tuesdays, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm only. No more Thursday or Saturday sessions.

Thursdays (5:30 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am) have changed to sport-specific true Strength & Conditioning sessions. These sessions are not just a sweat session called Strength & Conditioning; these are designed to improve your sporting performance.

Good news is there are a plethora of us out there - you have your pick.

Bad news - how do you pick?

Not all PTs have had the extra training that makes them right for you.

At Absolute Fitness & Performance (located in Clyde North), our training has gone further than the Cert 3 / Cert IV. We are always finding ways to upskill ourselves so we can be a more powerful resource for our clients.

That’s why, before you sign up with us, we offer a free 20-minute consult with the aim being for us to learn about you and for you to learn about us.

We don’t offer ‘cookie-cutter’ programs. We design programs specific to your goals (both gym programs and nutrition guidance). This 20 minute consult will determine if we are a great fit for each other.
