Group Training Sessions
We have made some changes. Our Bootcamp/Boxing sessions have been reduced to Tuesdays, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm only. No more Thursday or Saturday sessions.
Thursdays (5:30 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am) have changed to sport-specific true Strength & Conditioning sessions. These sessions are not just a sweat session called Strength & Conditioning; these are designed to improve your sporting performance.
