💥 THE TRUTH ABOUT METAFIT 💥
People are sometimes hesitant to try Metafit because they’re afraid it’s... well, too intense for them.

The truth is, you don’t have to be at a level of your coach. The point is to challenge your body, not to compete with someone that’s been fit throughout their life! If you think about it, Metafit and HIIT workouts come naturally to humans. That’s usually the way we used to hunt to survive: have a burst of energy that combines cardio and strength, then walk for a couple of miles to bring your prey home.

Listen to your body and Metafit coach. We suggest that doing 1 to 2 really intense Metafit workouts per week and doing some strength workouts the rest of the week can improve your health immensely!

All in all, Metafit is an ideal exercise for all: it’s short, adjustable, healthy for the body and mind and last, but not least – it’s fun! Try it, we guarantee you won’t regret it!

The right approach to getting back into shape is all about making sure your body can handle the work you’re doing. This might mean your improvement is a little more gradual than you’d hoped for at first, but it’s better to progress slowly and steadily over a long period than start at a furious pace and burn out quickly.
Stick to the plan for the full six weeks and you’ll find that you improve in these four important areas.

It is widely known that one of the best ways to improve on a skill is to practice it with someone who’s better than you.

Yes, you will have to work harder, think faster and learn more fundamentals. You’ll sweat and have sore muscles, but after a while, your skills will improve and, eventually, you might even be good enough to teach someone else a thing or two. This idea of playing with someone better than you translates nicely to your personal and career successes as well, and that’s why it’s important to surround yourself with people who are winners.

Find and focus on relationships with those who can share their wins and positive vibes and help you realize that you can do the same. Life is too short for the negativity.
