Defenda Tag was originally designed as a game to teach kids how to defend themselves without even knowing it (very similar to the Mr Miagi 'wax o, was off or paint the fence method of training but instead in a fun way). Even though the game was originally designed for kids it has quickly eveolved into a game that is suited for everyone at any age or skill level including the very beginner all the
way up to the very advanced martial artists. Defenda Tag has evolved from a simple game that was played in a traditional martial arts class to now a stand alone sport that has rules and regulations and we hope to see it on the world stage and possibly even at the Olympics one day.
