Due to today’s extreme heat in Redcliffe/Brisbane, we’re closing all classes for today in the best interests of our students, families, and coaches. Numbers were likely to be very low and safety comes first.

✅ Make-up lesson: You’re welcome to do a make-up class any time that suits—just message us or chat to us next time you’re in.

We’ll be back on the mats for the next scheduled class.

🥋 It’s Promotion Week at Mantis MMA!

This is Week 10 of the term, which means it’s time for our students to get recognised for their hard work and progress! 💪

✅ All students — please bring your belts to class this week.
Some will receive a stripe, and others may be ready to level up with a new coloured belt! Promotions are based on consistent performance over the term — not just one-off gradings.

We aim to promote students in their first class of the week to avoid any issues if they can’t attend later in the week.

📅 Holiday Training Schedule (Next 2 Weeks):
We’ll be open Monday, Thursday & Saturday only during the school holidays.
Regular timetable resumes after the break.
