Short circuit rd3
This weekend was super awesome the car didn't break anything, I drove more relaxed on Saturday but tense on Sunday
Saturday i did a pb of 1.32.73 on the k track
Sunday i did a 1.14.94 which wasnt so good on the e track
Which resulted in a win for my class but there is alot more improvements need to be done

Over all was a fun weekend with mates and family

Big thanks to my pop for the good words and keeping me relaxed
Lenny Griffiths for pushing me in our group and showing me his lines
Peyton Penboss and April for their fire pit and good times around it

Qsss b3 saturday

Today wasnt the best day for racing for me.
First heat locked up front wheels and put me into the grass pulling up a car length from the tyre wall.
Chasing brake yet again hopefully found the problem.

Then the left hand rear end decided to not play the game and let go on me which resulted in getting dragged back into the pits on a tilt tray

Hopefully tomorrow is a better day

Short circuit round 2

The falcon felt fast with my fastest time of the weekend being 1.14.52 which was faster then 3weeks ago at qsss b2 being 1.14.74
Came home with 3rd in my class

BUT I would of thought i would have got a better time from doing a brake upgrade and tweeking the suspension.
We did find that the pedal was still fading abit so new master cylinder and new set of tyres for the next meeting in 2 weeks

Always a good weekend racing at Morgan Park
Start of the weekend the car felt great but would soon go down hill with yet again ran out of brake pads and finding an issue with front wheel bearing.

But with the quick help by Anthony Lawler at Toowoomba Performance & Mechanical.
Brake pads were in transit and back in the car with only loosing out on 1 heat for saturday

So its back to the shed with this car to upgrade a few thing in hope things will be abit different for the next round

We also had our new van and what a good choice that was, made us feel like we was in our own beds

5th in my class out of 14

Last weekend was the short circuit round 1 that was mixed in with the Morgan park c series

We had a really good run and ended up getting my time down to 1.32.9 which is a new Pb

Ended up taking 1st place in my class for the weekend

Qsss b series round 1

An awesome weekend racing against mates. Trying to learn the car again after doing some upgrades on the off season..
Heat 1 was a great starter with a crazy spin out heat 2 with the negative cable coming off the battery
Saturday was on point
But Sunday was not so good with shredding a fan belt and to find out that all stores in warwick don't supply my size belt

Ended getting a smaller belt and making mods to get it on .
The last heat I done for the day felt fast but just wasnt enough

7th out of 15 in my class with only 0.04.7 seconds splitting me from first,, more improvements

Through the off season I had the pleasure to purchase a Hyundai excel for my oldest son koby to get ready for when he can race cars..

He has been busy striping the car ready for a roll car in the near future
