First comp vs last comp πŸ₯‡

Wow to think when I first competed I would end up coming fifth place then fast forwarding seven years I have finally hit the first place in my men's physique division.

First couple of years of training I just mainly focused on functional movements with a bit of strength put in there. Now I am focusing on hypertrophy and strength training as well as nutrition and you keeping my body the nutrients that it needs to build more muscle mass and continuing to learn how to prep for a men's physique competition.

I've also been privileged to be able to become a coach and help to athletes to be able to get up on stage and compete in 2024 and I will continue to be a coach for future athletes that 12 fulfill their dream of competing up on stage whether it is in it male or female category.

WOW! What is incredible lineup of men's physique athletes this year, I enjoyed myself so much.

My results are:

4th men's physique open

I'm very happy with my efforts and thought that I brought the best package that I have yet to the stage. I want to thank everyone for their love and support during this journey especially my wife

I will be taking a break for a little while from competing but we'll be back in a few years to come hopefully.
