The new hip thrust box has finally arrived! 🏋️‍♀️

Next on the order list are:

💪🏻 45° hyper extension machine (to replace the old, original unit)

🧼 We Love a Clean Gym

A huge thanks to everyone who wipes down equipment after use and puts weights back where they belong 🙌

It makes a massive difference and keeps GymWorks welcoming for everyone. Team effort!

A reminder that during peak times and when the gym is full, please limit use of each machine to 20 minutes. This only works if we all work together and show respect for both the space and our fellow members.

All of us doing the right thing means the gym can remain 24/7 and unstaffed.
