💜💛 From little things, big things grow 💛💜

Clermont Netball Association would like to congratulate alumni Hollie and Imogen as they take the court this week at the Queensland State Championship Titles (U15) in Brisbane at Nissan Arena.

These two have been side by side since their early days in Clermont Net Setters, growing their skills and love for the game right here at home. From there, they’ve gone on to represent their high school in Rockhampton, represented Rockhampton at Junior and Senior State Age Titles, trained squad together for Capricorn Stars and Capricorn Fire, competed in Rockhampton School District teams, and now proudly wear Capricornia School Sport colours at State level.

It’s incredibly special to watch their journey and see how far they’ve come. Your hard work, commitment, and passion are something our whole community is proud of.

We celebrate your success and wish you both all the very best this week in Brisbane – enjoy every moment and play with heart! 💜💛

FROM OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM | As you may be aware, during the off-season, the Queensland Government passed new child safeguarding laws, which are designed to keep all Queensland children safe.

Clermont Netball fully supports these laws and looks after all children.

These laws impose extra responsibilities on all of us, including taking photos and videos of games.

With the season starting, it serves as a timely reminder that all coaches, managers, parents and spectators are to seek permission from the other team's coach and manager before videoing or photographing games or players.

Great to see Sahara and Immy representing us at the Capricorn Netball Fire 🔥 Camp 1 in Rockhampton earlier this year. Equally exciting for Clermont alumni, Hollie and Immy F to be in the squad with the next camp coming up in Emerald.

💜💛 Clermont Netball Association – 2026 Season Kick Off! 💛💜

We are excited to welcome back our players, families and volunteers for another fantastic year on the courts. Registrations will be opening soon so keep posted!

To ensure we continue providing a safe and supportive environment for all of our children, we would like to share an important reminder regarding Blue Card requirements.

In line with updated Working With Children Check and exemption card legislation, and in support of the Netball Queensland Child Safe Standards, the following volunteers are required to hold a Volunteer Blue Card:

✔️ Coaches
✔️ Managers
✔️ Scorers
✔️ Umpires aged 18 years and over
✔️ All parent helpers

If you do not currently hold a Blue Card, you can apply online here:

Once approved, please email the following details to:

• Full name of card holder
• Blue Card number
• Date of birth

If you already hold a Blue Card or an Exemption Card, please email these details through so we can update our records for the 2026 season.
