Waverley Oakleigh Panthers Family,

Due to the heavy rain forecast and high probability of thunderstorms, all training sessions scheduled for tonight at Fregon Reserve have been cancelled.
Impacted Teams: All Juniors (U6-U16), Seniors, and Women's squads.
Reason: Ground safety and player wellbeing.
Resuming: We expect to be back on the field as per normal next week.

📣Registration for the 2026 season with the Waverley Panthers is currently open, with teams filling up quickly.

🏉How to Register:
-Players: Complete your registration online via the Play Rugby League website by searching for "Waverley Oakleigh Panthers".
-Staff & Volunteers: Coaches, managers, trainers, and other volunteers can submit an Expression of Interest form.

🏉Key Season Details:
👏Available Teams: Registration is open for Juniors (Under 6s to Under 16s), Seniors (Men's and Women's First Grade), and Women’s and Girls’ League Tag.

💰Financial Support: The club is a Get Active Kids approved provider. Eligible Victorian families can apply for vouchers up to $200 to put toward registration costs.

🏉Training Location: Training and home games are held at Fregon Reserve, Browns Rd, Clayton VIC 3168. 🐾

Get Active Kids Voucher Program Round 10 is now open!

We’re excited to announce that Round 10 of the Get Active Kids Voucher Program is open for applications. Eligible families can apply for a voucher or reimbursement now!

Important Dates:
Round 10 open to apply for a voucher or reimbursement: 10am Tuesday, 3 March 2026 and will close 10am on 2 April or earlier if the budget allocation is fully exhausted.

Reimbursement expenditure dates: from 1 January 2026 to submission of application​

Vouchers expiry date: Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

Present your voucher to your activity provider when you pay and get up to $200 off your child’s registration and membership fees and any included uniform and equipment.

🚨🚨Volunteers for Mc Happy Day 🚨🚨

McHappy Day is back Saturday 15th November 2025!!

We are on the hunt to give back to our major Sponsors McDonalds Clayton & Chadstone to help volunteer and give back on the day.

Help is required from 9am- 2pm, this will include collecting donations from customers inside of the restaurant and also drive thru. Drinks will be provided on the day 😊

If you want to help make a difference raising funds to support families with children who are ill or injured through Ronald McDonald house charities, please reach out to via socials or email us, will appreciate all the support. 🐾
