Eight strong MGA women took over the gym at Monash Sport Caulfield recently!

The group learned how to safely use cardio and strength equipment, build their fitness and progress their training towards their individual goals.

There were plenty of laughs, a few challenges and lots of determination along the way. Most importantly, everyone left with new skills and greater confidence to continue their fitness journey with Monash Sport.

Holiday Intensive Swimming Program💧 🏊‍♂️

Got a busy schedule and want to improve your swimming skills? Our Holiday Intensive Swimming Program (HISP) is back starting this September!

With lessons available for all ages and skill levels, this program will assist in the consolidation and enhancement of water safety skills, survival skills and stroke development.

Week 1: 21 to 24 September (4-day AM and PM program)
Week 2: 28 September to 2 October (5-day AM & PM program)

Our women’s team got the job done with a big win, while the men took us all the way to overtime in an absolute nail-biter - falling short by just one point.

The energy in the stands was next level, and once again, Monash showed up to bring the Blue! 💙
