A physiotherapist, business leader and experienced advisor across the health and exercise sectors, Tim works in the space between healthcare and exercise. We’re excited to announce Max Gawn, Captain of the Melbourne Football Club, as a newly confirmed keynote speaker for the 2026 ARV Industry Conference: Stronger Together.

A Premiership captain and one of the most decorated players in the game, Max has just made AFL history by becoming the first player ever to earn nine All-Australian selections.

Beyond the accolades, Max is widely respected for his leadership, resilience, authenticity and ability to bring people with him, both on and off the field. He’ll bring that experience, along with plenty of personality, to the conference stage this September.

We’re thrilled to have him joining us at Hyatt Place Essendon from 16 to 18 September for what promises to be a memorable keynote session.

At the 2026 ARV Industry Conference: Stronger Together, Anneliese Urquhart will lead the session Sharing Our AI and Technology Experiences, exploring how organisations can move from simply talking about AI to using it in practical, scalable and responsible ways.

With more than 20 years’ experience across digital strategy, product and AI, Anneliese has worked with organisations including ANZ, Xero, Sensis and Deloitte Digital, and previously led AI SaaS company Amplified Intelligence as CEO.
