We have confirmed that visits with Koro Taiaho Ross Walker are now possible. You can head out to 20 Dianella Street, Point Cook at any time today and tomorrow.

His Church Service will be at 6:00pm tonight and tomorrow, so we kindly ask that you please come through just before (if possible).

Please whānau, if you are able to koha any funds to help Koro and his whānau with his funeral and traveling costs, please transfer into the account listed below, and we will send it as a whole sum to his whanau:

💔🕊️ Our beloved Koro Taiaho Ross Walker

As most will know, our beloved koro, Taiaho Walker, has been valiantly fighting cancer for what seems like an eternity. It is with heavy hearts that we inform all our members, whānau, and friends of NZKMT that our koro has passed away. He fought to the end with incredible strength, courage, and his pure heart.

Koro Taiaho was always there whenever or wherever we or you needed him. He did so much for many of us—emotionally, financially, and with pure, genuine support. We will miss him dearly, and our hearts will never be the same without him.

But we find comfort knowing that our koro is no longer in pain and is now in the arms of his god. We hope to gather together as NZKMT representatives to celebrate koro's life and everything he was to us all.

We will provide details on visit(s) and funeral service as they become available from his whānau.

For those of us who wish to send a koha, NZKMT is happy to provide our bank account so we can contribute as a whole. If this is something that you would prefer, please let us know and we can arrange this.

A special THANK YOU to Leonie and your whānau for allowing those of us to visit our koro and welcoming us with open arms while we spent precious moments with him. Your hospitality and kindness have remained with us, and we are truly blessed to have been able to share this time with our koro, you and your whānau!

We love you so much koro and we will all miss you so dearly our KING OF TAG! RIP Koro x 😭
