You absolutely do not have to β€˜put up’ with bladder leakage and please know it is not a normal part of motherhood. A Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist can help you πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ€

I have met some people who have bladder leakage daily and are not bothered and others who have 1-2 drops of leakage every 6-months and are very bothered. Pelvic Floor Dysfunction impacts everyone differently for many reasons. If it’s a bother to you then it is worth investigating further and getting help πŸ’“
