Susie joined af as part of the group of 20 ladies who trained with us to prepare them for their journey into the Australian Defence Force.
Susie came to us with a good level of fitness however her lifestyle factors weren’t where they were supposed to be to have her achieve the best possible results
Working closely with the coaches of Functional AF, Susie’s results increased dramatically and she was able to successfully apply for the Australian Army.
Susie is now not only looking great on the outside but feeling great on the inside 🔥🔥🔥
Remember that it is not all about training. Sleep, stress and overall health is critical for progression in your training.
