Carisma offers Dance and Fitness Classes for all ages from 2.5years through to Adults. Classical Ballet classes are based on the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus and Jazz, Tap, Contemporary,Acro, and Circuit and Barre Classes are also available. Students from the studio have been accepted into dance schools and companies world wide including- WAAPA, Kibbutz Dance Company, National Theatre Ballet Sc

What a weekend!
2026 Demonstration Day was a wonderful success.
Dancers enjoying showcasing their progress to their families. From our littlest 18 month year old to our Senior Students I am so proud of you all. The studio was alive and buzzing.

Thank you to our wonderful staff, assistants and volunteers- your help organising the dancers and on the cake stall is extremely appreciated. We have raised enough for some new matting and equipment now - Such a wonderful community effort.

To all the wonderful Mums, Nannas, Grandmas, Carers, Guardians and special people who support our dancers every step of their dance journey- Happy Mother’s Day.
I hope today was filled with much love and celebration for all you do for our dancers and our dance community.
Thank you for the endless encouragement, thousands of ballet buns, costume sewing, shoe tying, chauffeuring, make up and all the many other roles you are able to accomplish.

Happy International Dance Day

In 1982 the Dance Committee of ITI founded International Dance Day to be celebrated every year on the 29th April, the birthday anniversary of Jean-Georges Noverre,1727-1810, the creator of modern ballet.

The day promotes dance as a universal art form and it is an annual celebration of how dancing positively impacts our lives.
The human bodies ability to move and express- we are ever so lucky.

Carisma Holiday Workshops
Last week dancers in Inter Fdn, Intermediate and Grade 8 worked hard upon refining their Examination work in preparation for 2026 RAD Examinations.

Examinations and Class Awards providing a wonderful opportunity for dancers to set goals, to push their technique and artistry to another level and continue to learn and grow.

Reminder even though tonight’s adult ballet was the last class of term 2, we still have Saturday classes running tomorrow.

To make up for the start of TERM 2 Anzac Day public holiday 25th April classes are running as normal tomorrow Saturday 11th April.

See you all at the studio for lots more dancing Saturday students, weekday classes now enjoy your break and workshops.

Happy Easter to All from the Carisma team.

Hope everyone enjoys some rest and relaxation and we look forward to seeing all back at the studio Tuesday ready for a wonderful week 10 of Term One.

Term Two class confirmations have been sent out, please advise the office if you wish to alter your enrolment or trial a new class. Demonstration Day is mid term we are very excited to display all our hard work and progressions we have made this year.
