What a fantastic day of competition at our Horse of the Year event! We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all our competitors for your wonderful sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and support. It was a pleasure to see so many riders and horses enjoying a great day of dressage in the Clare Valley.

A special thank you to our judges, Helen Whittle, Wendy Schaeffer-MacDonald, and Tamsin Adcock, along with our steward Verity Hayman, for your professionalism, expertise, and for travelling to the Clare Valley to support our event. Your time, knowledge, and dedication are greatly appreciated.

A heartfelt thank you to Pippa Mitton for her incredible generosity in supporting our Horse of the Year Competition this weekend.
Pippa has kindly opened her beautiful heritage Victorian home to host two of our judges and our steward, providing them with a warm and welcoming home away from home during the competition.
Behind every successful event are dedicated volunteers who quietly contribute their time, energy, and resources, and this is a wonderful example of the generosity that makes our club so special. Pippa's ongoing commitment to the Clare Valley Dressage Club, both as Treasurer and as a valued club member, is greatly appreciated by us all.

A huge thank you to Mighty Farm Equine and owner Kerry Glass for her generous sponsorship of our Horse of the Year Competition.
We are incredibly grateful for Kerry's ongoing support and commitment to our event. Mighty Farm Equine has been with us from the very beginning of our HOTY competitions, and we truly appreciate the contribution they make each year.
Kerry and her well loved, Jack, are always a welcome sight at our competitions. Just a reminder to get your entries in for our CVDC HOTY 14th June

Entries close Sunday 31st May and we do not accept late entries, so please don’t leave it until the last minute.

There have also been a few questions regarding warm-up areas for those camping at the grounds.

Please note:

• The oval is strictly out of bounds until it is officially opened on the morning of competition.

• Competitors are welcome to use the sand arena while staying on the grounds.

• There are also grassed areas at the back available for riding.

• If any areas are roped off with bunting, please do not enter them.

If you would specifically like your test to be photographed please contact her prior with your test time and bridle number!
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
