To the dads who squeeze in a workout between work and family life, who lead by example, and who show their kids what it means to be strong, committed and consistent - and today is for you.

Strength isn’t just about what you can lift. It’s about the people you show up for every single day. 💪

To all the mums in our Combined Strength community — today we celebrate you. 💐

The mums who show up tired but still give their all.
The mums balancing work, kids, sport, school runs, sleepless nights and everything in between.

The mums rebuilding their confidence, their strength, and themselves.

The mums training through pregnancy, postpartum, chaos and busy seasons of life.

And the mums who somehow still find time to support everyone else around them.

Strength isn’t just about lifting weights.
It’s in the sacrifices you make every day.
The resilience you carry.
The love you give.
The example you set for your children by choosing to look after yourself too.

We see the early mornings, the late nights, the babies in prams, the kids beside you during sessions, the days you nearly didn’t come - but did anyway.

Today we pause to remember those who have served and those who continue to serve - for our freedom, our communities, and the lives we’re able to live today.

At Combined Strength, we talk a lot about strength.
Not just physical strength, but the kind that carries you through hard days, supports the people around you, and keeps you moving forward when things aren’t easy.
That kind of strength didn’t start in a gym.

It was built long before us- in courage, resilience, and sacrifice.

Today is a reminder that strength isn’t just about lifting more or pushing harder.

It’s about showing up.
For yourself.
For your family.
For your community.
We’re here because others stood strong before us.

📣 HOLIDAY STAFFING UPDATE 📣
From December 22nd to January 5th, our team will be on a lighter roster while we take some family and recharge time — but we are still around and actively monitoring the gyms.
➡️ Members will still have full access to train.
➡️ Staff will be on-site/checking in regularly.
➡️ Our normal standards, expectations, and gym rules still apply.

Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who showed strength beyond measure -those who serve/d, sacrificed, and stood together through the toughest battles.

At Combined Strength, we believe in more than just physical power. True strength is found in courage, unity, and the willingness to stand for something greater than ourselves - values we honour today and every day.

At 11am, we’ll take a moment of silence to reflect and give thanks.
