Caro Ber is a professional Zumba and Konga instructor who specialises in teaching adults and children alike. As a mentor of fitness, she wants more people to enjoy exercise, rather than see it as a chore. Caro likes to incorporate a Latin influence into her fitness routines. Doing fitness with music is as enjoyable as dancing to music in a nightclub, or at a party. It’s impossible not to dance off

some kilos when listening to trendy, upbeat Latin music. All of Caro’s sessions are interesting, enjoyable and personalised to ensure that people attending her classes do not lose motivation.
